Enter the donor identification details that will appear on the confirmation.
We usually prepare donation confirmations as an annual summary for the previous calendar year. For a larger, in-kind, service or pre-arranged donation, use a donation agreement.

The identification details below will be used and shown on the donation confirmation.
We use the date of birth only to identify the donor more precisely when preparing the confirmation or agreement. We do not ask for a birth registration number.
The confirmation will be based on the payment actually received.
The donation is intended to support the public-benefit activities of Power of Kindness z. s. in accordance with its statutes and internal rules, especially the protection of animals and their health, humanitarian and charitable assistance to animals in need, support for shelters, animal sanctuaries, rescue stations, foster care and similar recipients of aid, including the provision of food, medicines, veterinary supplies, technical equipment, transport, related logistical assistance and the necessary organisational, operational, administrative, record-keeping and communication support for these purposes, particularly in areas of Ukraine affected by armed conflict.
