Documents and internal rules of the association

Overview of founding, governance and contractual documents, their status and availability.

Power of Kindness z. s. is gradually introducing a controlled documentation system designed to ensure traceability of valid document versions, the manner of their approval, the responsibilities of individual persons, and links to decision-making, contracts, donations, reports and other activities of the association.

Documents are marked with a unique internal identifier. For public documents, it is possible to download their valid version. For internal or confidential documents, at least their existence, purpose and current status are published, unless doing so would compromise the protection of personal data, security or the legitimate interests of the association and its partners.
